Simone is a mama, food coach and mentor. She has been a health coach for over 20 years. Simone helps keep mamas informed and healthy and transform from the inside out and become the best version of themselves by giving them the tools and roadmap to achieve optimum health and fat loss. She teaches her clients how to eat the right food at the right time for the right reasons and empowers them to make daily changes toward leading a healthier lifestyle.

 
 

Melissa Smith

Melissa had been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for 17 years. She has taken numerous rounds of FFL and has been on the team for 5 years. Melissa loves the program and is thrilled to guide and assist you in order to reach your health and fitness goals! Let's get started on your wellness journey!

 
 
 

Annie Grondin

Annie has always been passionate about everything health-related, from how we should nourish our bodies to fitness to meditation. She has been educating herself on those subjects over the years and tried things on myself to experiment with what she learned. Annie is always trying to improve her physical, mental and spiritual well-being. She says that FFL definitely brought A LOT in all those spheres and continues to do so. Annie wanted to become an FFL coach to pass along some of what she has learned with the intention of helping and improving others. She considers it an honour to be able to continue her health journey while sharing and supporting as many people as possible along their health journey.

 
 
 

Tiffany Tibbetts

Tiffany has been part of the FFL community since 2018 and it completely revolutionized her approach to food and exercise. She has always been one to prioritize her health and had a love for fitness and nutrition but, after years of limiting calories and lots of cardio, Tiffany was immediately intrigued by Simone’s FFL way. Within a month of starting the program, she saw muscle tone, felt more energy, and ate more than before! As a coach, Tiffany is grateful to connect with clients to encourage them to live their most intentional, healthy, and inspired lives. She believes that we truly rise by lifting others.

 
 
 

Erin Moore

Erin has always been interested in nutrition, exercise and healthy habits that stick. She has been a FFL client since the beginning of 2023 and found that the VIP community has been an amazing experience. Erin has fully embraced the FFL lifestyle and is motivated daily by the connections within the community. Erin is inspired by Simone and the team and is very passionate about coaching others to achieve their goals. She is very excited to support all of you in the work that you do daily to put yourselves first!

 
 
 

Sabrina Di Trani

Sabrina is a working Momma of an active one-year-old sporty boy. Her family loves the outdoors and exploring the amazing Canadian wilderness. She is an avid skier and enjoys annual ski trips to Banff.

She has always been passionate about healthy eating and exercise and is a true salad lover…even in the winter. She is naturally a helper and loves to teach and see people meet their goals.

Sabrina believes that without this love for ourselves, this journey can be incredibly hard. Support, love, and community is what this group is all about. She is a lifer and is grateful to coach Melissa for introducing her to this amazing group of people.

Kim wanted to be a coach because she believed in FFL for so many different reasons. The program works for me. She loves the support from Simone, the other coaches and the group and wants to be able to support clients on their journey and to help in any way she can.
