My Story

I tried every diet. They all failed, because they weren't built for real life.

After pregnancy I gained 65 lbs. I tried every restrictive plan, keto, fasting, cleanses, 500-calorie days. I'd lose 10 lbs, gain back 15, and feel more broken every cycle.

Then I stopped fighting my body and started learning how it actually works. I built a method around detoxifying, macro balance, hormone-supportive workouts, and habit stacking that I could keep up as a mom, business owner, and human.
