After gaining 65 lbs in pregnancy, I tried every restrictive plan on the market. Keto, fasting, cleanses, 500-calorie days. Every cycle left me more burned out and more broken. Then I went back to the science and rebuilt my body around four pillars: detoxify, macro balance, hormone-supportive movement, and habit stacking.
