Crispy Kale Chips {RECIPE}
Hi lovelies!I seriously AM OBSESSED with kale chips!!! This morning in my video I talked about low carb options and this is such a great low carb snack (high in antioxidants) that will also satisfy any salt cravings!!!
The recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of Kale
- 2-4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2-4 tbsp avocado oil
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C)
- Lightly drizzle Avocado oil over the kale and sprinkle with the nutritional yeast. Stir with your hands to coat the kale.
- Spread the kale onto baking sheets
- Bake until the kale begins to crisp, then rotate the rack and flip the chips
- Continue baking until completely crisp: 45-60 minutes total. Don't burn them!
- Add the bok Choi and enoki mushrooms. Sprinkle with dry chillis and cook for another 5 minutes
