Will I Have To Log My Food Forever?

I get this question a lot: “Will I have to log my food FOREVER??”. Well, the answer isn’t just a simple yes or no answer.

I want you to ask yourself a series of questions first to help you determine what to do:

1.  Are you at your goal weight right now?

2.  Are you feeling amazing?

3.  Do you have consistent energy throughout your whole day?

4.  Are you able to push yourself in workouts and feel refreshed at the end of your workouts?

5.  Are you sleeping better? Are you waking up feeling refreshed?

If the answer is NO to any of these questions, then you should be logging your food.

When you log your food, research shows that you are going to be 30% more successful at achieving your goals than if you DIDN’T log your food. That is a whopping number! Logging your food provides you with accountability and will help you become so mindful about what you're putting into your body. It is the magic that will get you to your goals and makes your food your #1 priority.
