Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice don’t just provide warm, aromatic flavor—they also help stabilize blood sugar levels and boost metabolism.
The crumble topping, made with gluten-free rolled oats, oat flour, and nutrient-dense coconut oil, offers a satisfying crunch while supplying healthy fats and complex carbohydrates. For an extra layer of flavor and texture, add pecans or pumpkin seeds for a dose of protein and essential minerals.
