Ingredients

  • Shredded Coconut

  • Goji Berries

  • Crushed Almonds

  • Pumpkin Seeds

  • Crushed Pecans, Cashews, Pistachios or Walnuts

  • Dried Cranberries

  • Crystalized Ginger

Instructions

  1. Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper (around 7x10in size)

  2. Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.

  3. Once melted remove from heat and use a whisk to mix in maple syrup. When blended, whisk in the cocoa powder, maca powder and Mushroom and Protein powders until smooth.

  4. Mix in half of your chosen toppings then pour chocolate mixture onto the tray.

  5. Sprinkle with remainder of toppings of choice, like shredded coconut, goji berries, pumpkin seeds, nuts etc.

  6. Place tray in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  7. Once set solid, break into pieces.

  8. Enjoy, share and store in the fridge!
