My Smoothies are great for a bunch of reasons: they taste amazing; they’re refreshing; they are POWERHOUSES when it comes to vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and carbs! I have a little trick that makes it even faster for me! But I’ll fill you in on that after the recipes!

And did you know that you, depending on which recipe you make, my Super Smoothies can give you different benefits? I have one for hormones, one for skin, one for blood sugar, one for your gut! And they ALL taste amazing!!

Here’s a few examples, but if you want them all, (obligatory sales pitch!) you’re going to need to become a Total Body Transformation member

Almond butter and hemp seeds provide this loaded smoothie with omega-3 fatty acids that promote healthy hormone production - which also supports fertility, if that is one of your goals. The high amount of healthy greens in this nourishing elixir will aid in the body’s natural detoxification process. This will support your body’s natural ability to remove toxins found in the reproductive system so it can function optimally and balance hormones.

Okay, all of these seem amazing, but now I want to give you one of my tips for making smoothies even faster. At the start of the week, I grab 5 ziplock sandwich bags. I add all my ingredients (except the liquids of course!) into the bag and pop them in the freezer. Then, whenever I want a smoothie, I grab a bag from the freezer, toss it into my blender, add my liquid (usually unsweetened almond milk) and go! Meal prep for the win!!

I also want to remind you all that the next round of Total Body Transformation starts next week!! If you’re not already a member, what are you waiting for?! Want more recipes?
