Where Do Treats Fit In?

In FFFL we are NOT about depriving ourselves, we're living a healthy lifestyle while fueling our bodies with intention. This is where MACROS COME IN!

When we eat according to our macros, it allows us to always enjoy FESTIVITIES AND BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS without sabotaging our results.

So when your birthday hits next, have that piece of cake. When its Thanksgiving, Christmas, The Superbowl, Fathers Day etc., ENJOY and don't for a second feel any guilt over it!!!

REMEMBER, each week we also make room for TREAT DAY! This happens each and EVERY single WEEK while we pair our treat day with LEG DAY to allow for maximum calorie burning.

So, if you're looking to enjoy a yummy treat, you can. Just be sure you do it the FFFL way!

Simone
