Home Made FFFL Approved Popsicles

Summer time is here and you and the little ones might be craving something cold like ice cream, a popsicle, or a giant slurpee…..#amiright?

Unfortunately while a gelato on Treat Saturday is amazing, the usual cold treats are loaded with a ton of refined sugar, harmful dyes, additives and packed with wasted calories.

So I want to give you some OPTIONS this summer that you can enjoy 100% GUILT FREE!!

Here we go….it’s SIMPLE: grab your favorite smoothie and turn it into a delicious POPSICLE!!!

A home made popsicles not only takes seconds to create but you can control all the ingredients…a colorful, healthy, popsicle that’s sure to please even the pickiest kiddo, or adult!

You can make these ahead of time and enjoy on those hot summer days….or grab when you’re wanting something a little sweet, like a Dairy Free Fudgesicle. Yummy!

You can also fancy up your popsicles by adding in some cocoa nibs, small fruit chunks, chopped nuts or even coconut flakes.

If you make them, be sure to share your photos me in insta stories.
